If you find yourself feeling "off", super down, un happy no matter what occurs, unsupported or overwhelmed and alone do not be ashamed or afraid to reach out to someone for help. Not everybody can make it without some form of help to stabilize their emotional changes. It is different for everyone so don't compare yourself to how someone else manages their emotional load. Some people just need to vent and others may need a more direct approach of meditation, medication, aromayherapy and etc. Do what works best for you and be unapologetic as it pertains to your healing!
